How to create a group in Outlook 2010 (that aren’t already part of your contacts)

Once you are in your Outlook program

  1. Click on contacts in the bottom left cornerkateWolman_PNG_all
  2. Click on new contact group
  3. Type in a name for the group (like test group)
  4. Click on add members
  5. New email contact
  6. Type in the name and email address
  7. Click on ok
  8. Continue with steps 4 to 7 until entire list is created
  9. Click on save and close
