Computer Selection & Set-up 

Rate: $250

Kate will research best computer options for you, then set-up and install your software.  You’ll be ready to go in no time! This includes up to 2 hrs of time to transfer data, setup mail accounts, install printers, all in ones, and interface with existing home network all conducted at your location... Additional time billed at $65/hr. 

Bi-Annual tune-ups (software updates, virus protection, upgrades)

Rate: $150 (for 2 tune-ups per year conducted remotely)

Training Provided in The Following Formats:

• Individual Training – one person in side-by-side training
• Laptop Luncheons – Kate will train groups of 5 or less on their own laptops in a “lunch and learn” format
• Small group instructions for small businesses
• Desk-side support (individualized instruction for multiple people at the same business)
• Corporate classroom training at your location
